 Call Centre Trainees

Excellent opportunity for school leavers or ambitious young persons, to join rapidly growing South Nowra company. You will undertake a traineeship leading to Certificate 3 in Customer Contact.  You will learn to answer incoming calls from a wide variety of clients from basic message taking to after hours emergencies.  Ideally you love customer service, have a good telephone manner with listening skills, good spelling, computer literacy, keyboard dexterity, but above all be keen to learn and progress.
