Pick and Pack (Fulfillment)

Adding value to our call answering service is the ability to accept telephone orders, validate credit cards, process payments, and perform the full gambit of fulfillment. We have a variety of customers that utilise this service for regular product support or for marketing promotions.

Order Taking
Our specialist call centre operators take your customers' orders and enter the data into our customised system or a system provided by you. As part of the order taking process, we capture the information required for you to build on your customer database. We use MYOB as our primary financial control system.

Validating and processing credit cards
Orders taken through our system can have credit card numbers validated or payment authorised with payment in to your account or our trust account. This means that you have peace of mind knowing your product is not shipped without payment.

Fulfilment
The complete package: Pick and Pack and despatch means that after we take your calls and orders we manage stock, pick, pack and courier or post your goods to your customers. Both our bulk and picking warehouses are alarmed and CCTV monitored.

Mail-house
If you have a campaign that requires outbound or inbound calls, we can complete the enquiry with mail and brochure distribution, our automated e-mail response system is also available to support web based campaigns.

Process
Our full documented and managed fulfilment systems are an efficient and cost effective alternative to handling the process internally, regardless if its one product or hundreds. In addition to our internal graphic artists and designers we partner import/export agents, printers, carriers and many other specialist groups to assist our clients achieve the optimum solution in getting product from source to client
