Parking Meters

Working closely with the developers of the parking meter systems, we offer 24 x 7 call centre support for all parking enquiries and complaints. This system gives councils an alternative to handling parking issues internally. All calls are logged and tracked real-time.
 
The handling of parking meter enquiries and complaints can be extremely draining and  ineffective for a council call centre to manage on top of countless other enquiries.

We have developed an in-house parking meter system that logs every call real-time and gives you live access to your logs and allows for reports to be compiled for future reference.
