No Contracts Many escalation and response centres lock your organisation into a long term contract. Once you sign the papers, you hope that they perform as well as they promised. Of the 33 local councils we handle calls for, only three have contracts and at their request. The reality is, your calls are our core business which means we are dedicated to providing excellent service 24/7.
We talk your talk As a locally owned and operating business we are very aware of the different issues between city and regional centres.This knowledge gives us a grass-roots understanding of your requirements.
