No Contract Many call centre providers lock you into a 12 or 24 month contract which can be damaging for your business if you are not getting the level of service you expect or signed up for. Our primary services are based on performance. Simply, if we don't perform, we don't keep your business. Our 350 plus customers are testament to us providing professional services without the safety net of a long term contract. We do have exceptions for our our short messaging, wholesale, those services that require significant software development or staff training or where we staff an internal contact or call centre. However contract times are set to cover our upfront investment only We are always keen to work with clients to ensure we provide the highest possible level of service. Our experience suggests that the better the communication between our customers and operators the better we perform and as such offer our customers the opportunity to meet staff either in person or over the internet. Like all call centres our security is strict but clients can visit the centres that take their calls by appointment
