Senior Call Centre Operator

Entrepreneurial but hands-on call centre person wanted. 
Our Customer Service Company is looking for an exceptional person with both hands-on call centre experience plus the interest and skills to help grow the organization using the latest telecommunications technology. We are a small office in central Box Hill, a very convenient location with bus, train, tram and parking close by. Within this role your daily duties will include, but be in no way limited to

* managing and dealing with incoming phone calls
* making bookings or taking orders
* answering customer enquiries over the phone
* assisting with general office and client administration
* assisting the Sales & Marketing Director in developing the Victorian market for our services.

There is excellent potential to grow with the company and take a leading role in the Victorian Call centre expansion.   This role calls for a mature minded, customer focused, team orientated individual who has good communication and typing / computer skills.
