Rapidly growing South Nowra company needs telephone operators to work a variety of shifts 24/7. You will be required to answer incoming calls from a wide variety of clients from basic message taking to after hours emergencies. If you have a commitment to customer service, an excellent telephone manner with listening skills, well developed spelling, computer literacy, keyboard dexterity (min 50wpm), a real ability to multi-task in an exciting busy environment, as well as flexibility in your availability - then we would love to hear from you. Leadership and training experience will be advantageous.
