• We can also handle emergencies, cancel and re-organise your appointments, send you messages from clients. What we don’t do is your back office administration.
• A reminder call, email or SMS to clients is also offered as part of this premium service.
• The message is logged with date, time, caller's name, reason for call, our message ID, and our operator ID.
• A calendar message, email, SMS or call is made to inform you of the enquiry.
• Emergency or special calls can also be transferred through to any number you specify.
